Sarah Armstrong

Sarah Armstrong joined Ratio Advisors in 2025. Prior to Ratio, Sarah spent 14 years at another NYC-based search firm, where she executed searches for investment professionals across venture capital, private equity, and hedge funds. She began her career in the Private Bank at JPMorgan. Sarah received her BA in Public Policy from Duke University. She lives in Westchester, NY with her husband, three children and two dogs. In her free time, Sarah enjoys running, playing tennis, and reading. Currently, her favorite book is The Rose Code by Kate Quinn.
