Lily joined Ratio as the Office Manager in 2025. Previously, she worked as a high-volume real estate agent and logistics professional in Boston. Lily graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami with a degree in musical theatre. Lily also loves puzzles, crafting, hiking, performing, and trying new restaurants. Lily’s favorite book is By Any Other Name by Jodi Picoult.
