Lila joined Ratio Advisors as an associate in 2020. Prior to joining the team, Lila spent three years at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she helped recruit executive level talent to leading firms across the US. Lila graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia with a BA in Media Studies. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, skiing, live music, and exploring new neighborhoods in NYC. Lila’s favorite book is The Great Alone by Kristin Hannah.
