Kate Girolamo

Kate joined Ratio as an associate in 2026. She graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University in 2026 with a degree in communication and minors in entrepreneurship and marketing. During her four years at Wake, Kate was a member of the Campus Kitchen leadership team. In her free time, Kate enjoys hiking, traveling, walking along the West Side Highway with friends, and watching true crime documentaries.
Currently, her favorite book is Know My Name by Chanel Miller.
