Jessica Wu

Managing Partner

Jessica Wu is one of Ratio’s founding partners. Jessica has spent the last ten years at executing searches at all levels for a variety of private equity and hedge fund clients out of the Bay Area. Earlier, Jessica worked at Hall Capital evaluating private equity real asset investments. Before business school Jessica worked in finance and operations roles for two leading education organizations, the KIPP Foundation and the Edison Schools. Jessica began her career at Morgan Stanley where she was an analyst in the financial sponsors investment banking group.

Jessica received a BA in Economics from Harvard, cum laude, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and three kids. In her free time, she (torturedly) follows her beloved Washington Football Team and dreams of getting back on the squash court. Jessica’s favorite books are Personal History by Katherine Graham and Shoeless Joe by WP Kinsella.
