Ellie Del Guercio joined Ratio as an associate in 2022. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Human and Organizational Development and a minor in Business. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, hiking, and card games. Ellie’s favorite book is Educated by Tara Westover.
