Charlotte O’Leary
Senior Associate
Charlotte started at Ratio as an associate in the fall of 2021. Prior to joining the team, she spent a year and a half at AlphaSights on the New York Capital Markets Team. During that time, she worked on sourcing subject matter experts for US-based hedge fund Clients to provide knowledge and expertise for business decisions and investment strategies. Charlotte graduated from Yale University in May 2020 with a BA in Psychology and was a four-year member of the Women’s Swimming and Diving Team. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends at the beach, running, exploring NYC neighborhoods, and cooking. Charlotte’s favorite book is Normal People by Sally Rooney.
