We source, connect with, assess, and counsel candidates in their first jobs at bulge bracket and boutique banks as well as top strategy consulting firms.  We meet candidates in every major city and use a detailed rubric with both qualitative and quantitative components to evaluate them.  We function as our clients’ outsourced marketing arm in describing them to these candidate pools and are often the first introduction early-career people with investing interest have to various firms in the space.

We also work with candidates at the conclusion of an investing associate program.  Many of these candidates choose to pursue another role instead of business school, and we are active in this pool.
