Morgan joined Ratio Advisors as an associate in 2025. She graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Health and Society and minors in Business and Healthcare Innovation and Reform. Prior to joining Ratio, Morgan worked as an investment banking analyst in the Healthcare group at Citi. In her free time, Morgan enjoys sketching, picnics in Central Park, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family. Her current favorite book is Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus.
